Almost Made It
(our Smack-Down 2007 Runners-Up and Honorable Mentions)
Of course, a list of ten doesn’t come close to covering the many deserving items we either showcased or wish we had this past year. Special Smack-Down 2007 Honorable Mention goes to Fark TV‘s inventive immigration satire video, this McSweeney’s celebrity mea culpa by writer Aaron Spiewak, this indescribable creation from writer/director Mitch Magee, this corporate class act from actress Jessica St. Clair, and this hilariously raunchy music vid from comedian/musician Reggie Watts (Warning: NC-17). Thanks to one and all for their brilliant work. To paraphrase comic Sandra Bernhard, “Without you, we’re nothing.”
